Chuck Hopper
Vice President, Human Resources Shared Services
Covance Inc.

As Vice President, HR Shared Services, Chuck is responsible for building a shared service discipline within Human Resources. Specific outcomes include creating the vision and strategy for the function, building the team and processes needed to support the function, and measuring outcomes to confirm the success of the function.

For the previous nine years, Chuck was the Vice President, Rewards & HR Technology, responsible for Covance's worldwide total rewards programs including cash compensation, healthcare, pensions and equity-based plans as well as the HR function's technology initiatives. Chuck joined Covance in October, 1998.

Prior to Covance, Chuck spent three years at Winstar Communications, a start up telecommunications company where he developed and managed their full array of benefits and compensation programs.

Previous to that he held various employee benefit and finance roles with Paine Webber (now UBS), Continental Insurance (now CAN Insurance), Xerox and Prudential. Chuck has a B.S. in Accounting and an M.B.A. in Finance, and is proud to say he never became an accountant!


Csaba Kilián

Csaba Kilián is an engineer and economist who joined the forerunner of ITD Hungary Zrt. at its inception in 1993. He has been working for the company in various capacities ever since. He was appointed Director of Investment Promotion in 2005 and manages a team dedicated to supporting foreign investment projects, implementing specialist programmes in Hungary and internationally and researching local investment opportunities. He was awarded the Knight's Cross of Merit from the Hungarian state in recognition of his work in 2005. From January 2010 he has also been assigned with the post of Acting CEO.


Dr. Charles Aird

Dr. Aird is a senior executive with Big 4 management consulting, outsourcing and systems development/implementation experience. He has extensive background establishing start-ups and delivering consulting, outsourcing and information technology in domestic and international environments. Charles also has significant experience building consulting and outsourcing practices, including selling deals and delivering services. Having lived and worked in India, Saudi Arabia and Singapore and worked extensively across Asia Pacific, Europe and the Middle East, Dr. Aird brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to any engagement.

In his current role at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), Charles is responsible for developing and leading PwC's US Shared Services Advisory organization as well as selling and managing Shared Service Centers (SSC), Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and IT Outsourcing (ITO) engagements.

With over 25 years of experience in assisting client's with optimizing their global sourcing strategies, Dr. Aird has successfully advised on, bought and delivered a broad array of outsourcing, shared services and technology services in the banking, chemicals, e-commerce, government, healthcare payor and insurance, manufacturing, oil and gas, retail and consumer products and utilities industries.

Dr. Aird received his Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and his Masters and Doctorate from the University of Virginia as well as executive education through the University of Michigan.


Gregg Goldman
Executive Director and Global Head of Legal, IT Infrastructure and Group Offshoring
UBS

Gregg is an Executive Director and the global Head of Legal for Group Technology Infrastructure Services and Group Offshoring at UBS AG. Gregg and his team are responsible for providing legal support to UBS's global IT and offshoring groups, including approving all outsourcing initiatives to UBS's captive service center in Poland. Further, Gregg's team drafts and negotiates outsourcing agreements with third party service providers. Gregg joined UBS in 2002 and was formerly the global Head of Intellectual Property for UBS Investment Bank. Prior to joining UBS, Gregg practiced in the Patent and Litigation groups at Proskauer Rose in NY. Gregg holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering with a minor in Applied Mathematics from the University of Buffalo and a J.D. from the George Washington University. He is admitted to practice in NY and NJ, and is also registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.


Jessica Golden

Jessica Golden, Principal, Deloitte Consulting LLP, specializes in performance improvement and cost reduction strategies through Global Shared Services. Jessica advises Fortune 500 senior executives in developing and delivering multi-functional shared services and outsourcing optimization strategies in the financial services, consumer business, life sciences, and high technology industry verticals. In addition to her advisory roles, Jessica is also a frequent speaker at industry conferences and author of shared services publications.


James Conomea

James J. Conomea is Vice President, Shared Services and Quality Process Management (QPM) at ING. Mr. Conomea team manages Shared Services operations, Six Sigma projects, internal and external audit activities, compliance and risk aversion initiatives. In his current role, he successfully completed a Six Sigma project to centralize his Shared Services delivery team in parallel with standardizing and functionalizing operations creating 20% capacity in the process. Six Sigma initiatives are targeted at mitigating operational risk, tightening delivery controls and creating efficiencies in service delivery.

Prior to joining ING, Mr. Conomea delivered systems engineering solutions for both government and commercial large scale programs with Northrop Grumman/TRW Corporation. He managed Six Sigma projects that allowed for operational delivery efficiencies and cost savings. He was part of the Human Resource Information Systems team during one of the largest corporate mergers to date. Additionally, Mr. Conomea was responsible for a global SAP and PeopleSoft implementation to a very successful success, which was used by 120,000 employees at 13 locations.

Mr. Conomea holds a Master of Science degree in Systems Engineering from the Florida Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Akron. He is Six Sigma certified.


Jamie Lee
2nd Vice President, Operations

Jamie Lee has worked with Aflac for 19 years and has worked in multiple areas of Internal Operations in the course of her career (Call Center, New Business, Sales, Client Services and Claims). She holds a Bachelor of Business and is also a Fellow of the Life Management Institute. She is currently the 2nd Vice President of Technology Support and serves as a lead Resource for Customer Experience Management for the operations area.


Judy MacFarland

Ms. McFarland led the design, development, and implementation of an enterprise-wide HR Service Center (HRSC), Northrop Grumman's first internal HR Shared Service. Today the HRSC is processing core HR transactions for more than 60,000 NG employees and managers. By 2013, the HRSC will be providing services to more than 120,000 employees. Ms. McFarland is also vice president of HR for Enterprise Shared Services, a shared services organization within Northrop Grumman. In addition, she leads the company's HR&A Process & Technology function and is responsible for developing and implementing an HR systems architecture for the enterprise. In September 2009, Ms. McFarland assumed responsibility for a newly created Security Shared Services organization, which supports Pre-employment Investigations and internal DoD clearance processing. Ms. McFarland has more than 28 years of human resources and operations experience at Northrop Grumman, TRW, BDM, and Bell Atlantic, including roles as division HR Director and leading functional organizations such as learning and development, talent acquisition & management, policies, diversity, and workforce relations.


Kelly Phillips

Kelly Phillips is Vice President, Global Shared Services, for Beam Global Spirits & Wine, Inc. Beam Global Spirits & Wine is part of Fortune Brands, Inc. (NYSE:FO), a leading consumer brands company recently named one of the World's Most Admired Companies by Fortune magazine.

Kelly joined Beam in January 2010 in a newly created position responsible for developing global shared services across multiple functions, including finance, human resources, information technology, procurement and customer service. She has built and led global shared service organizations and ERP implementations in multi-currency environments, including Motorola, Inc. and Schneider Electric. With more than twenty years of experience in technical accounting, finance and systems implementation, Kelly has led international projects in North and South America, Europe and Asia. Kelly received her undergraduate degree in Accounting and Business Administration from Illinois State University. She is a Certified Public Accountant and holds an Executive MBA from the University of Chicago.

Lee is Senior Vice President of Kraft Global Shared Services, responsible for IT Services globally, Business Process Outsourcing, and Shared Service Centers in San Antonio, Brataslava, and Madrid. He is one of four leaders implementing Kraft's new Organizing for Growth operating model, leading the company-wide shared services implementation. Previously he led Kraft's IT transformation culminating in the 2006 EDS contract valued at $1.7B. Prior to Kraft, Lee was VP Global IT Operations at Aon Corporation, and built the IT shared service prior to a Board decision to outsource the infrastructure to CSC. Lee spent 15 years with GE in five businesses on three continents in general management and operations. He was Region VP for GE's IT Solutions business. With GE Medical Systems, he ran the service business for Latin America and Asia Pacific. Lee's education is in electrical engineering and biomedical engineering, and he began his career as a biomedical engineer.


Mark Johnson

Mark Johnson is Vice President, Shared Services, Kraft Foods, Inc. He is responsible for the enterprise shared services organization. He leads three business service centers located in San Antonio, TX, Bratislava, Slovakia and Madrid, Spain. He is also responsible for the Business Process Outsourcing and Shared Services Centers of Expertise, ensuring common best practices are used across the enterprise. Mark also is responsible for other Enterprise Services, such as, Travel & Meeting Services.

Overall, Mark has 24+ years of business and information systems experience at Kraft Foods. He has held various leadership positions in Business Services, Information Systems, Sales, Product Management and Finance. Michael Fraley

Ramesh has been in the IT and ITES industry for over 20 years and has held managerial/executive positions with leading Global IT firms managing business units and divisions across India, US, Europe, Australia. Before joining Cognizant, Mr. Gudalur has held various managerial/executive positions including Head of BPO for EDS-MphasiS, Head of Sales and Solutions for TCS – Intelenet, Head of Solutions for CustomerAsset, Head of Europe for GE Capital BPO, Core leadership team for GE Capital Consumer Financial Services, Head of Credit and Control for SRF Finance. Ramesh was head of BPO at EDS-MphasiS before he joined Cognizant in May 2009. He led the business to deliver significant outcomes including making the business more capable in several verticals and adding processes/geographies. Additionally, he was head of BPO Sales and Solutions for TCS BPO (TCS – Intelenet) in the US before he joined Cognizant in January 2005. Ramesh is an MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur.

Shailendra Kumar

Shailendra Kumar is a senior business executive with experience in outsourcing, product development and start up management. He is the Executive Director for Center for Sustainable Global Sourcing. Prior to that, he was the Senior Director at GMAC Financial Services responsible for Business Process Outsourcing and Offshoring. He was responsible for establishing GMAC's strategy, identifying opportunities for O&O within different business units and then transitioning that work to onshore or offshore vendors. . Prior to this role, he was Director of Offshoring and Outsourcing at Hewlett Packard Company. During this time he started an HP owned offshore center in India and grew it to 650 FTEs (full time equivalent). He also managed a pool of offshore vendors who provided another 2000 FTE for HP projects. Prior to that, he was director of R&D at HP. Shailendra has more than 15 years experience in software development and engineering management.

Shailendra brings a unique blend of expertise both as a client manager who managed strategy and implementation of offshoring and outsourcing initiative for a $27B business group within Hewlett Packard Company and also as a hands-on manager who started and managed a large offshore center in India between 2005 and 2007.

Shailendra has an MBA from Columbia Business School and an undergraduate degree in engineering from Indian Institute of Technology.


Sumeet Sanghani

Sumeet Sanghani joined SunTrust in January 2008 and is the head of Global Outsourcing for the bank. In this role, Sumeet is responsible for enhancing returns to the bank from effective outsourcing initiatives, across lines of business and functions. The Global Outsourcing group is responsible for identifying opportunities to improve business performance, build necessary capabilities and aid in structural change through outsourcing, as well as ensuring the effective transition, execution and sustainable performance improvement of the bank's outsourced portfolios.

Prior to joining SunTrust, Sumeet was an Associate Principal in McKinsey's Atlanta office, where he was a leader of their Service Operations practice. He has over 13 years of management consulting experience and has assisted numerous clients in the areas of customer strategy, service operations transformation and outsourcing effectiveness. In addition, Sumeet has extensive experience in end-to-end operations improvement across numerous service industries.

Sumeet has a M.S. in Industrial Engineering from Virginia Tech and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Bangalore University. He lives in Atlanta with his wife, Kathy, and their son, Milan.
